Make yourself an Op on your server

When you are an Op, you will have access to most things on your game server. There is to ways to Op yourself on your server - one is through the control panel, and the other is through ops.txt. The last option requires a restart of your server.

Webkonsol
  1. Open your servers web console from the control panel.
  2. Type op <your name>  in the white input field.
That is it - you are now an Op on your server!

Ops.txt
It can also be done from ops.txt which is the config file that specifies the players on your server that has Op status.
  1. Click Configuration Files in your server's control panel.
  2. Edit ops.txt.
  3. Type the name of the player you want to make Op. For each new Op, you will have to create a new line. One line per Op.
  4. Save the file and restart your server.
